Our mediations are primarily via ZOOM video conference. For in-person mediations, which must only be held in Tampa, FL, email Linda with requests. We will no longer schedule Non-Binding Arbitrations or Hybrid Mediation/NBAs. For a Binding Arbitration, email Mr. Albrecht for consideration. If the calendar is full for the date range you’re seeking, email your desired date range to Linda and request to be added to our cancellation waitlist, if interested.
Scheduling instructions:
- Select an available, or partially available, date on the calendar below (yellow or partially yellow only). Once selected, a black horizontal bar will appear in the middle of that date. If it does not appear, that date is not available. Then, complete all data fields in the form to the right of the calendar.
- The 1st “no-reply” email will be sent to the email address that was input in the appointment form letting you know we received your request. A 2nd “no-reply” email will be sent when we have approved your request or we will email you with a reason if it cannot be approved. Please do not reply to our “no reply” email address as these emails will not reach us.
